Varsha Boodhoo

Varsha is a Barrister specialising in corporate and commercial law. She holds a degree in law and criminology from the University of Kent.

She successfully completed her Bar Vocational Course at the University of West of England, Bristol and was called to the Bar at Middle Temple, UK in 2009 and at the Supreme Court of Mauritius in January 2011. She joined Bedell Cristin (Mauritius) Partnership in the same year and was appointed senior associate in 2015. She has strong experience in corporate and commercial law and has worked on a wide variety of transactional matters relating to banking and finance, trust, acquisitions, regulatory matters and cross border transactions. She also advises on investment funds focusing on the African market, India and China. She advises a wide range of clients including banks, high net worth individuals and corporates.
